I used to be an idealist when i was younger. Every day I aim for it in some shape or form. Some days the realists win, but regardless, it doesn't stop me from trying again :)

Life knocks some of the idealism out of all of us but I still (on my best days!) believe that most people are basically good and that we'd all stay on the side of the angels if we could

My life coach says we're all born perfect. She told me that no baby is evil.
I'm inclined to believe that like finds like, there's more good than bad, and that nothing good comes from the extremes of ideals no matter what direction or side they may be on.

All in moderation sounds a good first step for us all.

I want to say something deep and meaningful but all I can think of is 'Life coach? Why don't I have a Life Coach - how is that fair that I don't have a Life Coach!'

Life coach is a tad extreme. She really just helps me to realign my thoughts into some sort of order - she gives me a little clarity - but 90% comes from me.

Find someone you admire, and steal their life coach - worked for me :)
